Ingredients

  • 5 pices Chicken Leg
  • 2 tbsp Crush Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Crush Cumins
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Kashimiri Red Chillies
  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix very well, and coated the chicken legs in masala properly.
    Marinated Time 4 hour.
    Chicken is marinated keep fry pan add some butter, lay the chicken leg,
    we have cook each side 7 min flip another side 7min turn flame slow cook 15min then ready to eat.
