- 1 Slice cut onion
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic past
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli flex
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 green chilli chopped
- 1 capsicum cut into cube
- 1 tomato cut into cube
- 1 onion cut into cube
- salt to taste
Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add all vegetables saute 3 min take it out a plate.
The same pan adds half cup oil add onion slice light golden add ginger garlic paste mix 3 min then add tomato paste add allspice mix 5 min. nicely smooth curry is ready then add fry vegetable simmer 3 min and ready. best served with white rice, tandoori naan.
