Equipment

  • one deep cooking pot with lid, Cooking spoon,

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken Cut into 10 pieces
  • 4 Large Tomatoes Cut into Cubes
  • 6 Fresh Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Salt to tast

Instructions

  • In a Wok medium heat add oil, once oil is hot add chicken pieces, and fry until chicken is light golden.

  • Next add chopped ginger, Sliced green chili, salt mix well and saute 5 min.
  • Then add tomatoes and all spices powder mix and cover up 10 min, after 10 min tomatoes is soft and tender.

  • Add yogurt and saute 5 min then add Dry fenugreek leaves and simmer 5 min
