Ingredients

1 Whole Chicken Cut into pieces

1/2 Cup Yogurt

3 Tomato Cut into Slice

6 Green Chili Cut into Pieces

Half Ginger Cut into Stripe

1 Tablespoon Fresh ground Black Pepper

Half Cup Ghee or Oil ( but original recipe using Ghee its make good flavour )

1 Teaspoon Whole Cumin Just crush ( not ground )

1 Teaspoon Whole Coriander crush ( not ground )

METHOD

In a large karahi add chicken pieces and tomato, chicken cook his own water and tomato juice, ( not add water )

Cook until tomato is soft, chicken water is almost dry, add all spices mix well.

Then add ghee or oil in chicken karahi and high flame saute 7 min.

After 7 min oil come out for gravy add ginger stripe simmer 4 min.

Chicken karahi is ready to eat with naan or roti serve with salad.

  • 1 tsp Coriander Seed Crush
  • Half Ginger cut into strips

  • Chopped Coriander leave
