Ingredients

  • 1 Slice Cut Onion
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flex
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 3 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 Capsicum Cut Into Cube
  • 1 Tomato Cut Into Cube
  • 1 Onion Cut Into Cube
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add all vegetables saute 3 min take it out a plate.

    The same pan adds half cup oil add onion slice light golden add ginger garlic paste mix 3 min then add tomato paste add allspice mix 5 min. nicely smooth curry is ready then add fry vegetable simmer 3 min and ready. best served with white rice, tandoori naan.
