- 1 Cup Yellow Lentil
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 7 Curry Leaves
- 6 Whole Dried Red Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/4 cup Oil
- Salt to Taste
- First large pot add both lentils, wash and add red chili powder, turmeric
powder, add 2 cups hot water and cook 20 min until lentils are soft, and
