Ingredients

  • 1 Slice cut onion
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic past
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli flex
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 green chilli chopped
  • 1 capsicum cut into cube
  • 1 tomato cut into cube
  • 1 onion cut into cube
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add all vegetables saute 3 min take it out a plate.

    The same pan adds half cup oil add onion slice light golden add ginger garlic paste mix 3 min then add tomato paste add allspice mix 5 min. nicely smooth curry is ready then add fry vegetable simmer 3 min and ready. best served with white rice, tandoori naan.
