Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken Recipe
Fried Chicken is most of my Favourite recipe. Today I am making my own why chicken fried recipe. its is simple ingredients and one pot recipe. not your kitchen mashup.
One Whole Chicken Cut into Large pieces
2 TableSpoon Red Chili Powder
2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Half Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1 1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
Oil for frying
To Season the chicken
In a large bowl add chicken pieces. put the all spice.
Mix well place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. The longer you leave the chicken, they tastier it is!
After 2 hour add all purpose flour and mix very well.
Fill an out sized frypan (cast iron is best) concerning 1/3 to 1/2 full with oil.
Heat until VERY hot.
Put in as several chicken items because the frypan will hold.
Brown the chicken in HOT oil on either side.
When bronzed, scale back heat and canopy skillet; let cook for half-hour (the chicken are hard-baked through however not crispy).
Remove cowl, raise heat once more and still fry till crisp.
Drain the fried chicken on paper towels.
Depending on what proportion chicken you’ve got, you will have to be compelled to fry in a very few shifts.
Keep the finished chicken in a very slight heat kitchen appliance whereas getting ready the remainder.
