Easy Tofu Recipe For Beginner
- 500 G Tofu Cut Into Cubes
- 3 Tomatoes Paste
- 3 Green Chili ( chopped )
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- Coriander leaves ( chopped )
- Salt to tast
- 1 tsp Garlic ( chopped )
- First tofu cut into cubes keep into plate.
- In a bowl add tomatoes and green chili, make a fine paste.
- In a pan add oil add chopped garlic light fry.
- Once garlic is fried add tomato paste, add all dry spices mix well.
- And cook slow flame 3 to 4 min, add Tofu cubes mix and cook again 5 min.
