Ingredients

  • 1 KG Chicken (small pieces)
  • 350 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 8 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 3/2 tbsp All spice
  • 3/4 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 3 Whole Green chillies
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 3 tbsp Green coriander
  • 8 Green chillies (thinly sliced)
  • Ginger two in. piece (thinly sliced)
  • Juice of one lemon (optional)

Instructions

  • Cooking Directions
    Grind the onion with ginger garlic paste until sleek.
    Heat oil and butter in an exceedingly pan and saute onion and ginger garlic paste in it for one minute.
    Now add chicken and salt and cook until chicken changes color.
    Add in dry fenugreek and every one the spices, fry for two minutes.
    Mix in overwhelmed yogurt and whole inexperienced chilies, cowl and cook on low flame until the chicken gets tender. (approximately ten-fifteen minutes)
