Chapli Kabab

The basic ingredients include flour, spices like garam masala ( Crushed ), red chili powder, coriander leaves etc.with a combination of tiny quantities of cut tomatoes, onions, mashed eggs, ginger, coriander powder, baking powder, lemon juice, pomegranate seeds, and salt as per your taste.

Then the chapli kababs can be shallow or deep fried in cooking oil over medium heat for five to ten minutes as they change their color to dark brown.

Serving Once the kababs are prepared, they can be served best with ketchup, mint raita, yogurt, imli chutney. The kebabs may be fancy and served with cut onions, sliced tomatoes, dish in conjunction with roti, naan.

I am using fine ground beef minced, you can use mutton or lamb minced

And using some special spices,powder its make very flavourful taste.

And some fresh green masala ( chopped, Onion, Tomatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, )

In a large bowl add beef minced, all chopped vegetables, all spices powder, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp gram flour, mix all of them together very well.

After mix marinated 1 hour, then shallow fry, each side 6 to 7 min, then flip another side 6 to 7 min, outside crispy golden brown, inside juicy soft, kabab is ready.

Ingredients

  • 750 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Dried red chili
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seed
  • 4 Red tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Large onion chopped
  • 4 Green chili chopped
  • 4 tbsp Gram Flour ( Basan )
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  1. I am using fine ground beef minced, you can use ground mutton or lamb.

    In a large bowl add ground beef, all spices powder, all chopped vegetables.

    mix all of them together very well, marinate 1 hour.

    Make a round kabab shape.

    Take oil in a pan and fry them,  both side golden brown, crispy.

     Your tasty Chapli Kebabs are ready.
